In most Canadian provinces, the legal age is 19 years; in Alberta and Quebec, the legal age is 18 years. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

Royal King Seeds reserves the right to request age verification at any point during the ordering process or upon delivery. Orders placed by individuals who do not meet the age requirement will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Cannabis Act Compliance

Royal King Seeds operates in compliance with the Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c. 16) and all applicable federal and provincial regulations governing the sale and distribution of cannabis seeds in Canada. Cannabis seeds are sold as adult-use products intended for personal cultivation within the legal limits set by your province or territory.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all local laws regarding cannabis cultivation, possession, and use. Royal King Seeds is not liable for any misuse of products or violations of local, provincial, or federal law.

4. Permitted Use

You may use our website and purchase our products solely for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable Canadian law. You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products without authorization.
• Use our website to engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website.

5. Orders and Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Canadian tax law.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We accept Interac e-Transfer, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) through secure third-party payment processors.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Canada Post or other trusted carriers in discreet, unbranded packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Royal King Seeds is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. For shipping-related issues, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. A return authorization must be obtained before sending any items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Opened seed packs cannot be returned for hygienic and quality assurance reasons. For full details, see our Return Policy.

9. Germination Guarantee

We offer a germination guarantee on all seeds sold through our store. If your seeds do not germinate when following our recommended germination guide, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic documentation for a replacement. The germination guarantee does not constitute a guarantee of crop yield, potency, or any specific growing outcome.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal King Seeds website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, blog articles, and website design, is the intellectual property of Royal King Seeds or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal King Seeds, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
