1. Germination Guarantee
Royal King Seeds stands behind the quality of every seed we sell. We offer a germination guarantee on all cannabis seeds purchased directly from our store. If your seeds do not germinate when following our recommended germination guide, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic documentation and we will replace the non-viable seeds at no additional cost.
To make a germination guarantee claim, you must:
- Have followed the germination instructions provided on our website or included with your order.
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Provide clear photographs showing the seeds and your germination setup as evidence.
The germination guarantee covers seed replacement only and does not guarantee crop yield, potency, plant characteristics, or any specific growing outcome.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of cannabis seed products under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team before sending any items back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
To initiate a return, please email support@royalkingseeds.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with an RA number and return instructions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened seed packs: For quality assurance and hygiene reasons, any seed pack that has been opened, tampered with, or had its seal broken cannot be accepted for return.
- Germinated or planted seeds: Seeds that have been germinated, planted, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.
- Promotional or clearance items: Products purchased on final sale or clearance are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and store credits: These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Interac e-Transfer: Refunds for e-Transfer payments will be sent to the email address on file within 3–5 business days.
- Store credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund, particularly for exchanges or goodwill gestures.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. To file a claim:
- Email us at support@royalkingseeds.ca with your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged or defective items, including the packaging.
- Describe the issue in detail so we can assess the situation quickly.
We will review your claim promptly and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue. You may be asked to return the damaged items at our expense before a replacement is dispatched.
